- Before travelling to the airport, please, make sure you have your ticket and the passport. For minors it is obligatory to have travel document and birth certificate. Information about the departure terminal is indicated in the ticket.
- Please, be aware that in case of flight delay or cancellation the responsibility for a passenger lies with the carrier.
- Passengers rights in case of flight deny, cancellation or delay are indicated in Section XVI of «Rules for Carriage of Passengers and Luggage», approved by the Order of Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine №735 on 30.11.2012 .
