Zaporizhzhia International Airport is developing infrastructure and services to provide equal opportunities for all people to travel.

• There are special parking spaces
• Terminal entrances and exits are adapted for convenient movement
• The terminal has a Service Center with multimedia equipment for people with hearing impairments
• The floors of the terminal are connected by elevators. For the convenience of the passengers with visual impairments call buttons in the elevators has Braille inscriptions
• The airport has free wheelchairs
• Inclusive toilets are available
• The first-aid post of the airport operates around the clock, its staff provides qualified first aid
