Zaporizhzhia Airport launches two new flights
Zaporizhzhia Airport continues to actively expand its flights network. Together with the Ukrainian low-cost SkyUp Airlines it launches two new flights at once. The first direction from Zaporizhzhia to Sharjah (the United Arab Emirates) is planned to start since October 27,2019. It is worth mention that this is the first flight ever in Zaporizhzhia airport history which connects the UAE and Zaporozhzhia. Another pleasant surprise for residents and guests of Zaporizhzhia will be the direct flight from Zaporizhzhia to Tel Aviv. Flights from Zaporizhzhia to Israel will be launched from November 28, 2019. This was announced by the Mayor of Zaporizhzhia Volodymyr Buryak during his visit to the new terminal construction.
According to the carrier Zaporizhzhia – Sharjah flight will cost 3220 UAH. Ticket to Tel Aviv will cost 2377 UAH. Departures from Zaporizhzhia to these destinations will be carried out twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays. The cost is provided without cost for luggage transportation.
It is worth to be reminded that in current May Zaporizhzhia airport launched the new flight to Barcelona. The launch of the new flight Kyiv-Zaporizhzhia -Kyiv is scheduled to October 28, 2019 and it will be available four times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Both flights are handled by SkyUp airlines.
