Zaporizhzhia Airport celebrates its 75th anniversary
The year 2018 is a special year for the Zaporizhzhia Airport, as the order No. 1 regarding the newly constructed enterprise was issued 75 years ago in October 1943. The work of the airport has begгn since that day. The airport has suffered lots of changes for the period of its work. However, the only thing that has remained unchanged is the professionalism of all the airport’s employees.
Today the airport experiences a rapid development, new airlines are actively involved, new destinations are constantly opening, infrastructure of the airport is drastically changing, a good example of which is the construction of a new modern terminal, which has to be finished next year. Moreover, modern technologies for servicing the passengers are being implemented in the enterprise, as well as the quality of services is being improved.
All that has been reached thanks to the constant support of the Zaporizhzhia City Council and partners of the enterprise. The airport authority expresses gratitude to the ones, who have always cared for the future of the Zaporizhzhia air harbor for all these years, and promises to take every effort to make the Zaporizhzhia Airport one of the best airports in Ukraine.
