Performance figures of the Municipal Enterprise Zaporizhzhia International Airport for eight months of 2018
The airport showed a positive dynamics for the period January – August 2018. Over 261 thousand passengers were served during this period, which is 25.3% more than in the previous year. A number of sorties was 2141, which is 21.4% more than in 2017. International flights transported 198 thousand passengers (increase by 27.4%); domestic flights transported 63.5 thousand passengers (increase by 19%).
However, in August the Zaporizhzhia Airport served over 38.5 thousand passengers on international and domestic flights, which is 14.12% less than in the same period of the previous year. In August the decrease by 27% was demonstrated on domestic flights, and by 10% on international flights.
