May 2021: we exceed the indicators of the “pre-Covid” May 2019

During May this year, 50,487 travelers started and finished their trips together with Zaporizhzhia Airport. International flights were used by 44,605 passengers, domestic ones by 5,882. We managed to renew and almost 3% exceed the total passenger traffic of “pre-quarantine” May 2019. We do not compare with last May, as flights were suspended due to COVID-19.
In May 2021, the airlines made 268 flights: 156 – international, 112 – domestic. And this is more than in May 2019, when 264 flights were made (154 international, 110 domestic). TOP-5 most popular destinations in May 2021 are: Antalya, Istanbul, Sharm El Sheikh, Kyiv, Hurghada.
