According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 287-r dated March 14, 2020
“On temporary restriction of crossing the state border aimed at preventing the spread of acute
respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in Ukraine” the
following restrictions have been introduced:

– from 00.00 o’clock March 17, 2020 until April 3, 2020, border crossing points for international
passenger services will be closed, except for the carriage of persons for the purpose of protecting
national interests or in connection with the fulfillment of international obligations, as well as
representatives of diplomatic institutions and humanitarian missions;
– from 00.00 o’clock March 16, 2020 until April 3, 2020, it is prohibited to cross the state border
for entry to Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons, except for those who have the right to
permanent or temporary residence in Ukraine, are spouses or children of Ukrainian citizens,
workers of foreign diplomatic missions and consular institutions accredited in Ukraine,
representations of official international missions, organizations accredited in Ukraine and their
families; drivers and service personnel of freight vehicles, crew members. Other categories of
foreigners and stateless persons are brought to Ukraine after consultation with the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs.
Zaporizhzhia Airport has previously announced the cancellation of flights by Ukrainian airlines
due to the possibility of the spread of coronavirus. At present, all passengers arriving at
Zaporizhzhia Airport are passing all prescribed examination procedures.
